You will manage the full finance team, leading a team of 3.

This role reports directly to the MD for the UK business and you will be a key financial advisor.

This position is ideal for someone on the path to FD.

You may have developed your technical accounting skills and business acumen through practice (and qualifying ACA/ACCA) or have progressed from an industry background, moving from grassroots to a fully-fledged FC role while gaining CIMA or ACCA qualifications.

This experience will prepare you with the commercial exposure and toolkit needed to transition into your first FD role.

• Capability to communicate financial insights and recommendations to board level.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to detailed tasks when necessary.
