This is a hybrid working role with free parking in the centre of Leeds. Ideally a full-time role, although part-time or condensed working arrangements will be considered.

This is not your typical finance role – it’s an opportunity to work closely with creative professionals and influence business decisions with your financial insights. Previous experience in the service industry, where commercial models are created based on time and services, would be advantageous.

You’ll be at the heart of a thriving company, interacting with teams across design, strategy, and technology, helping them navigate financial challenges and ensuring the company’s continued success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Managing Finances: Oversee the company’s financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
2. Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with department heads, including creative leads and project managers, to provide financial guidance and insights that influence decision-making.
3. Driving Financial Strategy: Help shape the agency’s growth strategy by advising on cost-efficiency, profitability, and investment opportunities.
4. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and commentary on performance.
5. Building Relationships: Work alongside a close-knit, fun, and passionate team, understanding their needs and adding value with your financial acumen.
6. Improving Processes: Streamline financial processes and implement best practices that support the business’s creativity and ambition.

What You Bring:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with solid experience in financial management and control.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage non-finance teams in meaningful financial discussions.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you’ll be comfortable taking ownership and driving change.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment where creativity and strategy meet finance.
• Ideally, come from a service industry where commercial models are created based on time and services.
