A growing investment firm in Basildon seeks a Financial Controller to lead its financial control and accounting activities. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in asset management or crypto environments and will work closely with the CEO and leadership team. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a senior finance or controller role.
• Strong modelling skills (bonus, compensation, financial).

Job Description:

Miryco Consultants is delighted to be partnering with an investment firm who are empowering crypto investments through cutting-edge algorithmic trading strategies.

As the firm continues to grow we are assisting with the hire of a Financial Controller to lead the firm's financial control, accounting and strategic planning activities.

The Controller will report into the CEO and work closely with the leadership team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in a senior finance or controller role in an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund or crypto environment.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong modelling skills (bonus, compensation, financial).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK/US GAAP, IFRS).
