Finance Manager - Permanent Contract

£80,000 per annum

We are looking for a commercially aware, hands-on, flexible, people-centric Finance Manager to join our Finance Team in Knightsbridge. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day group financial related activity.

About the opportunity:

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Take full ownership of all aspects of financial reporting for KYN.
  • Prepare the group's monthly management accounts, the finance section of the board pack, and coordinate the auditing process of the statutory accounts.
  • Own and prepare the group's statutory accounts for the annual external audit.
  • Manage the monthly equity and debt drawdown processes, including liaising with external/internal project monitors, private equity owners, and preparing capex cashflow forecasts.
  • Oversee the monthly payment processes, including head office and group payroll, OPEX and CAPEX payments, and manage the monthly sales invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support financial decision-making, including preparing annual budgets and monitoring performance against budgets.
  • Support the Group Finance Director in preparing cashflow forecasts and presentation materials for debt raises, including responding to information requests from banks during the fundraising process.
  • Assist the Group Finance Director with the development of financial models to support capital allocation decisions for the investment committee.
  • Lead, coach, and support the finance team to drive performance and foster professional development.
About you:
  • You will be qualified ACA / ACCA.
  • You will have strong Excel / financial modelling skills.
  • You will have a finance related degree.
  • You will be kind, friendly, and humble.
  • You will have strong communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • You will be a self-starter who can work autonomously.
  • You will be a strong team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills, the confidence to engage at all levels and the ability to work to deadlines, often under pressure.
  • You will prefer to work in a small team and be happy to share knowledge.
