Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional to lead the finance function across the Midlands. The role requires 4+ years PQE, a commercially minded approach and advanced Excel skills. Hybrid working is offered with a salary of £70,000–£80,000 plus benefits and a bonus scheme.

You will partner with senior management, oversee a small finance team, lead budgeting and forecasting, and support strategic planning to drive growth in South Warwickshire.

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with relevant PQE.
• 4+ years PQE in a finance leadership/analytical role.
• Commercially minded with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Own finance function across the Midlands.
• Business partner with senior management and department heads.
• Support commercial decision-making with clear and actionable financial insight.
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Support strategic planning through financial modelling and analysis.
• Direct oversight and management of a small finance team.
• Manage project margins, oversee revenue recognition, improve cash flow and controls.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant PQE.
• Commercially minded and forward thinking.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience in project based environments would be an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
