Financial Controller

Outstanding career opportunity with a high growth business which is outstripping their competition! They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their finance leadership team. This role is a great chance to join a business with great plans for further expansion and career development.

Key responsibilities include

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and subsequent data analysis to support decision making by the Leadership Team
• Preparation of key external reporting requirements, including half year and year end accounts
• Cashflow management and reporting.
• Maintain strong controls across the business with management of transactional finance and payroll.
• Main point of contact for the external auditors. Ensuring audit requests are provided and keeping track of key issues, adjustments, and recommendations to discuss at audit meetings. Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant developments in financial reporting standards
• Preparation of year-end financial statements for all companies within the Group

The successful candidate will be:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in technical financial and management accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the desire to develop and progress in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
