Job summary

Mackie Myers Ltd in Oxford is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for an initial 3-month contract. The role is onsite with 3-4 days per week expected, and immediate start. The successful candidate will own financial reporting, consolidations, statutory accounts and strong internal controls across a multi-entity structure.

Strong technical accounting expertise and experience managing a small finance team are essential to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong controls experience, e.g. from audit.
• Experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong consolidation and group reporting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment.

We are seeking a fully qualified accountant for an Interim Financial Controller in the heart of Oxfordshire.

You will take ownership of financial reporting, group consolidations, statutory accounts, audit management and financial controls across a multi-entity structure. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing a small team.
