Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in South Lanarkshire is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with proven experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for producing monthly accounts, supporting budgeting, and liaising with auditors. This role offers a salary of £60k to £75k plus benefits in an office-based setting.

  • Partner with divisional leadership teams to provide insightful reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Manage weekly cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare year-end audit packs and liaise with external auditors.
  • Support ad hoc finance projects in a dynamic environment.
