Location:

Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham

Salary:

£50,000 per annum

As they expand, they are looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role in shaping their financial success.

What You'll Do
  1. Management Accounts & Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheets, ensuring accurate financial insights.
  2. Strategic Decision Support: Provide weekly reports, analysis, and insights to drive business growth.
  3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in annual budget planning and produce weekly cash flow forecasts.
  4. Compliance & Accuracy: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, oversee VAT returns, and ensure financial integrity.
  5. Ledger Oversight: Manage purchase invoices, payment run files, and oversee key financial processes.
  6. Business Growth & Development: Continuously refine financial systems to support our ambitious expansion.
