Financial Controller

Are you an experienced Finance leader with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you thrive in dynamic environments, leading high- performing teams and driving strategic business decisions? We're recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to join a successful, fast- paced organisation in Malvern.

As Group Financial Controller , you will play a pivotal role in leading the Operational Finance function across all UK sites. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you'll be responsible for managing performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, financial compliance, and delivering key business insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop robust Operational Finance teams across UK locations
• Drive accurate and timely financial and KPI reporting ( weekly/ monthly)
• Oversee balance sheet and FX controls, statutory accounts, tax, and audit processes
• Partner with stakeholders to develop budgets, forecasts and capital investment plans
• Support business decisions with meaningful financial analysis and insight
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and financial discipline
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior leadership team

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant ( ACA preferred, ACCA or CIMA considered)
• Minimum 5 years post- qualification experience in a senior finance role
• FMCG manufacturing experience
• Proven success in business partnering and strategic planning
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
• Working knowledge of SAP
