About the Role

This is more than just a numbers role; you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey. As a key member of the SLT, you will:

1. Lead the overhaul and professionalisation of the finance function.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure financial alignment with the business's goals.
3. Implement robust systems and processes to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.
4. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

About You

You will be available to start immediately or on short notice, ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in fast-paced and evolving environments, preferably manufacturing. You should have experience reporting to Group and developing financial controls, processes, and systems.
