Working to the Head of Financial Services, this role offers valuable experience as a finance leader within the Trust and in the financial services function.
You will be responsible for delivering and developing the financial services offer to the organization and will be a key figure in the Trust achieving long-term sustainability.
It is an exciting time to join the Trust, as it is part of the new hospitals programme, currently at the outline business case stage for a new hospital on the Hillingdon site.
The finance function is based at Mount Vernon Hospital, and the post holder will work at both Mount Vernon and Hillingdon hospitals, with options for remote working from home.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon, offering services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics.
Patient and staff safety are paramount. We are making urgent improvements, particularly in infection prevention and control, and working in partnership with local GPs, charities, community services, academic partners, local authorities, neighboring hospitals, and the wider North West London Integrated Care System.
