  • Setting strong processes within the Group team and across subsidiary teams to ensure financial information is reported accurately and on time.
  • Review treatment of all payroll, share schemes and employee compensation arrangements.

Relationships

  • Build strong relationships with subsidiary finance teams and other internal teams, setting the reporting framework required to ensure accurate and timely information received.
  • Present financial results to stakeholders, including Finance Director, Commercial Finance Director, Chief Operating Officer and the Board.
  • Effective people management of 4 team members, including performance management and professional development.

Other

  • Lead all group transactions, ensuring accounting and tax steps are properly considered and well documented.
  • Lead finance transformation for the Group team, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and implementing consolidation software.
  • Lead audit process across the group, ensuring audit recommendations are appropriately implemented and deadlines met.
  • Assisting the Finance Director and Commercial Finance Director as required.
