This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance.
2. Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting systems.
3. Partner with operational teams to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
4. Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
5. Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
6. Support strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis.

You will need:

• Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
• Proven experience in a UK manufacturing environment with strong financial control expertise.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
• The right to work in the UK without expiry is essential.
• A driving licence and access to transport is required for the location of the organisation.
