Job summary

Agility in Blackpool is seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function within a growing group. This pivotal role reports to senior leadership and offers exposure to strategic planning and commercial decision-making.

You will manage management accounts, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow while driving financial controls and process improvements. A hands-on, proactive, commercially minded candidate is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or strong Management Accountant who is commercially minded, hands-on and confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a drive to improve rather than maintain the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance function including management accounts, reporting and analysis.
• Lead budgets, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Oversee financial controls and process improvements.
• Provide commercial insight and decision support to senior management across the group.
