Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting is assisting a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a Financial Controller. You will lead month-end close, prepare management accounts, budgets and cash flow, and partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insight.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, experience across multi-site operations, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading month-end close and year-end processes.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Experience managing a finance team and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timeliness and accuracy.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting

• Previous experience within a multi-site business
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
