Reporting into the CFO, this job opportunity will take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations while playing a key role in financial planning, reporting and business decision support. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to step into a broad role with clear scope to progress into a Group Financial Controller position as the business scales.
The Opportunity
Overseeing a small team of 5, you will have a broad remit and interact with key stakeholders across the business.

The Candidate
We're looking for a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or CA) with post qualification experience in a similar role, or looking to step into this level of role. You'll be confident managing core finance operations while also contributing to the wider business planning and strategic discussions. As this is a growing and ambitious business, you will ideally have experience in a fast-paced setting and be a hands-on, detail focussed individual. You will be comfortable leading a small team and managing external relationships. The ideal candidate will take initiative and seek to improve processes and enhance reporting where possible.
