As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the company's financial activities, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and provide timely financial reports and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts to key stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to support business goals.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Manage key financial controls and processes in line with SLAs.
• Manage financial systems and processes.
• Create Financial MI to support business objectives, team performance, and risk management.
• Support Treasury & Tax functions with statutory reporting and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and controls.
• Experience with statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvements.
• Experience managing a finance team and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and professionalism.
