Interim Financial Controller, Manufacturing West Yorkshire

I'm working with a great business who is going through a period of substantial change and transformation. They're seeking an immediately available Financial Controller to lead the finance team either on an interim or interim to permanent basis.

About the Role:

This is more than just a numbers' role; you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey. As a key member of the SLT, you will:

• Lead the overhaul and professionalisation of the finance function.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure financial alignment with the business's goals.
• Implement robust systems and processes to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.
• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

About you:

You will be available to start immediately or on short notice, ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) who is experienced in working within fast-paced and evolving environments (ideally manufacturing), experienced in reporting to Group and have experience of developing financial controls, processes and systems.
