We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance Team: someone driven, forward-thinking, and committed to excellence. This is a critical and high-impact role where you’ll help shape the financial backbone of a company that’s on a mission to be successful and deliver the best service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations of the business, while continuously improving and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and accuracy. You'll work closely with the board, provide strategic insight, and lead the Finance team by example.

You’ll be joining a team of three, providing coaching, support, and direction to help them thrive and develop in their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and executing all financial operations
• Identifying business requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Presenting forward-thinking financial strategies to the board
• Coaching and developing the Finance team to reach their full potential

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in the financial services sector (essential)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in developing a team
• Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and CRM systems
