Qualifications

• Diriger les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle.
• Gérer la budgétisation, la prévision et le reporting financier.
• Améliorer le contrôle des coûts et l'efficacité.

Permanent Financial Controller

Amplifi Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading Manufacturing business who have a requirement for a commercially minded Financial Controller.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

The Role:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Partner with operations to improve cost control and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Audit experience
• Improvement of KPI's and systems

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment is desired but not essential
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and influence across teams
