A high-growth, PE-backed data and analytics business is seeking a qualified accountant with strong NetSuite expertise to support key projects during their scaling phase. The company recently completed a carve-out and has initiated a buy-and-build strategy, with their first acquisition earlier this year.

This role bridges finance and systems, translating business needs into actionable solutions across core platforms — especially NetSuite — and supporting a lean, dynamic finance team.

The Projects

1. Integration of a recent acquisition onto NetSuite
2. Implementation of a new FP&A tool to enhance forecasting and scenario planning

The Opportunity

This is a practical, hands-on role where you will serve as the internal lead on finance systems, collaborating closely with the finance team and third-party technical support. The business has a scalable system and an experienced consultancy partner, but they need someone who understands both finance and technical aspects to bridge the gap.

You will guide system-related decision-making, lead integrations, and ensure the setup supports future growth.

What You’ll Bring

1. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
2. Proven experience with NetSuite, especially in integration, optimization, or system design
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and technical teams for smooth delivery
4. A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
5. Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments is preferred

1. Start: ASAP
2. Duration: Initially 6 months
3. Location: Central London, flexible with one in-office day per week (Wednesday)
4. Team: You will join a well-structured finance team including Financial Control, FP&A, and Finance Transformation
