Bond Williams is seeking a Financial Client Servicing Adviser to join an established financial planning business in Bournemouth. You will manage an existing client portfolio and provide ongoing financial advice, building long‑term relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

The role suits a Level 4 qualified adviser, with CAS welcomed, who enjoys client interaction rather than new business hunting. Three days in the office and a Bournemouth-based role with strong career development

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning required.
• CAS welcomed; newly qualified advisers working towards CAS considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Access to a car for client visits across Dorset.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally achieved CAS (Competent Adviser Status), although newly qualified advisers working towards CAS will be considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A proactive, client‑focused approach.
• Access to a car for client visits across Dorset.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• 10% annual bonus, subject to performance criteria.
• Additional incentives on new business written.
• Three days per week in the office, ideally Monday, Thursday and Friday.
