Farrow and Ball – Income Controller, Wimborne (Hybrid) - FTC 13 months

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our Finance team in Wimborne as an Income Controller. We are offering this position on a full-time hybrid basis. This role is offered on a Fixed term contract for up to 13 months

Working within the Finance department, you will be working within a team of 3 and have responsibility for processing showroom transactions, completing bank recs, working with the showroom teams to resolve any queries, and helping with ad hoc requests.

What we expect from you as an Income Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure relevant financial transaction reports (Adyen Paypal, Barclaycard, Amex) are receive, process those in Company ERP system (IFS) and matched to bank statements, investigate issues arising
  • Process showroom transactions, work with showrooms to resolve queries
  • Match transactions to bank statements, post necessary adjustments onto the systems
  • Investigate any issues arising
  • Assist with wider Income Control processes including audit
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required

Key Attributes:

  • Experience of working within finance department preferred
  • Great IT skills with competent Excel, confident using multiple business systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to analyse and input data both quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
