Contract Credit Controller / Finance Assistant Needed ASAP

We're looking for someone to take control of our finance back-office and help bring structure, speed, and accuracy to how we get paid.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reconciling Xero, Excel, and Revolute bank transactions

Cross-checking CRM (Salesforce) data for accuracy

Creating smarter cash collection and payment processes

Supporting the leadership team with up-to-date finance reporting

Skills & Experience:

Strong credit control experience (in recruitment or contracting is a bonus)

Proficient in Xero, Excel, and comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce ideal)

Experience improving or building finance systems

Strong attention to detail and initiative

Fully open to day rate or hourly.

Office or remote.
