We're looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our dedicated Finance Team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting financial reporting and operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records by preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Maintaining the fixed asset register and disposing of any fixed assets where necessary including regular reviews with budget holders.
  • Support month end and year end closing activities.
  • Compilation of Project hours and updating budget trackers
What do you need?
  • Previous experience of working in a finance team.
  • Previous experience with intercompany accounts
  • Excellent understanding of bookkeeping to trial balance stage.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
