Halliday Marx have partnered with a Media Consultancy Organisation to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
This is a Hybrid working role and you will report into the Finance Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Accurate preparation of weekly payment runs
- Assist with supplier reconciliations
- Responsible for raising all customer invoices
- Cash allocation
- Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts in multi-currencies
- Assist with the month end close
- Assist with VAT returns
The Successful Candidate will:
- AAT studier or early stages of ACCA / CIMA
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Strong team player
