Job summary

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role based at Magdalen House, Bootle. The post is 36 hours per week, with Monday to Friday working on an agile basis.

The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to vulnerable adults and may visit clients in their homes across Sefton. You will need good numeracy and literacy, experience in building partnerships with internal and external agencies, and the ability to manage your own

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused service to vulnerable adults.
• Work Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, on an agile basis.
• Carry out visits to clients in their homes across Sefton Borough as required.
• Use Microsoft Office for casework and reporting.
• Attend meetings at council offices as needed across the Borough.
