An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst to join the Legal Entity Control team in London. What you'll do:

As a Financial Analyst with in Legal Entity Control, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will span statutory reporting, management information production, board report compilation, and regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions. You will be relied upon to maintain high levels of accuracy when investigating issues within legal entities and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external auditors will be essential as you help drive continuous improvement in financial controls. The role also involves supporting transfer pricing activities and participating in month end close processes. Success in this position requires not only technical proficiency but also a collaborative approach that fosters trust among colleagues.   • Support the legal entity control team by preparing accurate and timely reports for UK and European legal entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Assist with statutory reporting requirements for a diverse range of legal entities, maintaining strong relationships with external auditors throughout the process.
  • Manage monthly European central bank reporting obligations for various branches, including submissions to Banque de France and ACPR.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly management information reports for both UK and European operations, providing valuable insights for decision-making bodies such as ALCO.
  • Assist in compiling quarterly board reports for European entities, ensuring clarity and precision in all documentation presented to senior stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies within legal entities, demonstrating diligence in identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Provide support for transfer pricing activities, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate actively in month end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured and reconciled within tight deadlines.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues across departments to address ad hoc tasks as required, contributing positively to team objectives.
