The role leads monthly reporting, supports customer inquiries, and maintains rebate calculation processes while driving process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate forecasts for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive financial analysis or finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly rebate calculation and payments for ICE Futures Europe and ICE Futures Abu Dhabi.
• Maintain rebate program changes and related funding arrangements.
• Create and update SNOW tickets for payments with variance notes.
• Develop and maintain key monthly reports (Oil RPC, Utilities RPC).
• Support Monthly Forecast and Annual Budget processes with business trends.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Sales Leads across functions.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ad-hoc projects.
