Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange is seeking a Financial Analyst II in London to lead monthly reporting and rebate calculations for ICE Futures Europe and IFAD. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and senior leadership to ensure accurate payments and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive financial analysis or finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, organization and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to senior leadership.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, team-oriented with drive to contribute to results.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly rebate calculation and payment processes for ICE Futures Europe and ICE Futures Abu Dhabi.
• Maintain rebate program changes and related funding arrangements.
• Create and update SNOW tickets with variance comments.
• Prepare customer reports backups and resolve ad-hoc client queries.
• Develop and enhance monthly Oil RPC and Utilities RPC reports.
• Support Monthly Forecast and Annual Budget processes with alignment to trends.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, and leadership.
• Assist external and internal audits with rebate sample requests.
• Initiate and drive process automation projects using current systems.
