Amazon's Prime Video team has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the EMEA operational accounting activities of Prime Video. • Supporting aspects of our accounting and reporting process.
• End-to-end process ownership to support finance and business partners.
• Understand internal control design concepts to assess the effectiveness of controls and design new effective processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities.
• Execute judgment and ensure the right decisions are reached to accurately report financial results.
• Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.

• The ideal candidate will be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity with a strong ability to prioritise multiple projects and to execute deliverables with excellent communication and to a high standard.
• The ability to influence stakeholders will also be essential to succeed in this role.
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
• ACA, CIMA, ACCA or similar credentials required
• Experience of a monthly close cycle, periodic financial reporting and related analytical analysis with a knowledge of various GAAP accounting rules including US GAAP and IFRS
