Amazon Advertising brings premium streaming video advertising to millions of engaged viewers across EU5+ markets through Prime Video Ads. Prime Video Ads is one of its fastest-scaling businesses.

Задачи

• Forecast revenue for Prime Video Ads
• Report and analyze the latest sales results to inform the Weekly Business Review (WBR), Monthly Video Review, and EU Video Sales Quarterly Business Review
• Track country-level opportunities and risks, flag concerns, quantify revenue opportunities, and recommend actions to Sales leadership
• Partner with the Prime Video team on product-level monetization initiatives to accelerate revenue and improve efficiency
• Own the financial framework for initiatives, track performance, identify optimization levers, and drive cross-team accountability for execution
• Analyze delivery metrics with Product and Data Science, connect operational metrics to revenue outcomes, and identify operational improvements that unlock incremental revenue
• Design self-serve reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, automated data pipelines, and AI-enhanced tools for Sales and Leadership
• Author and distribute strategic priority newsletters to Leadership, covering in-flight initiatives, emerging risks, decisions needed, and progress against goals
• Drive alignment and decision velocity across the organization

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in relevant finance roles
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results
• Nice to have: a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent), experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions, experience developing Excel financial models with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query), experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis, experience working with stakeholders
