NDA in London seeks a Finance Analyst to deliver FP&A insights across revenue, margins and costs. You will partner with site managers and senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning with robust financial models.

You will leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and business decisions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and clear commercial recommendations.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of finance experience with commercial FP&A exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial analysis, commercial insight, and performance reporting on revenue, margin, and cost drivers.
• Partner with operational managers across multiple locations to understand financial performance.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, margins, labor costs and activity KPIs; build and maintain financial models.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling; produce monthly variance analysis and commentary.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and convert them into actionable recommendations.
• Visit business locations to engage with stakeholders and understand performance.

A well-established, highly recognised consumer brand operates across multiple locations and offers products and services.

Provide financial analysis, commercial insight, and performance reporting on revenue, margin, and cost drivers Partner with operational managers across multiple locations, build relationships, and help them understand financial performance Work closely with the Finance Director, CEO, and wider senior leadership team Analyze revenue, profitability, margins, labor costs, productivity, and other operational KPIs Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling Produce monthly performance reports, variance analysis, and commentary Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities and turn them into clear recommendations Build and maintain financial models for commercial decision-making Analyze central costs and work with budget holders to improve cost control and accountability Support analysis across products, stock, purchasing, margins, and education Visit business locations to build relationships with operational stakeholders and better understand performance Help drive the use of AI in finance using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to improve analysis, reporting, and ways of working

Требования:

• At least 2–3 years of finance experience, including commercial FP&A exposure
• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or as a Finance Analyst
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling experience
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to turn financial data into clear commercial insights and recommendations
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders from operational managers to the CEO and Finance Director
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in day-to-day work
• An ambitious, commercially minded, proactive, and self-starting approach
