Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Farnborough seeks a Financial Business Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across business units. You will analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers, perform variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to senior management.

The role requires experience in finance or accounting, with strong Excel/Power Query skills and familiarity with SAP/Sage; Power BI is a plus.

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related field; GAAP understanding.
A professional accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACA or ACCA) or MBA is desirable.
Experience in audit, accounting, finance or business partnering is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and financial systems (SAP/Sage) is advantageous.
Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Facilitate annual budget development with staffing, revenue, margin, and expense plans.
Monitor expenditures against budgets and analyze variances; provide root-cause analysis.
Develop reporting mechanisms for management communication.
Identify improvements in financial processes and capture savings.
Analyze financial performance vs budget and forecast; provide management guidance.
