Whilst this is initially an 18 month FTC during a period of both new and ongoing system implementations and improvements, there is a genuine possibility of long-term career development beyond this period. The successful candidate will be liaising with a range of finance teams, from the EMEA Regional HQ to the rest of the Globe, forging excellent relationships and proving to be a valuable point of contact and source of insight and guidance across this innovative business. Key areas of focus will be monthly financial close, forecast planning and supporting with system implementation projects.
You ll be a natural with finance systems and will possess advanced Excel and analytical skills plus a solid finance background. You ll also have a desire to initially gain a broad understanding of the wider business. Being able to communicate with a diverse range of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures will be key as you ll be explaining systems and processes, partnering with stakeholders to identify and work through problems, streamlining and improving as you go.
