About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedFinancial Analystto support the Group Finance team in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis. This role involves working with key financial software tools to enhance reporting capabilities, ensure compliance, and provide critical insights for senior management decision-making.

Day-to-Day You Will Be:

• Administering and developing the financial consolidation and reporting software.
• Maintaining and enhancing thecurrent reporting softwareto support financial insights.
• Performing detailed financial analysis and producing timely reports for Directors and senior management.
• Assisting with the consolidation and reporting ofquarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans.
• Providing support and training to Finance teams across the business on reporting software.
• Assisting with the production of theGroup Statutory Report & Accounts, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business needs.
• Ensuring financial control standards are upheld and assisting with the development of user manuals and training materials.

The Successful Candidate Will Be:

• Part or fully qualified accountant(ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or have equivalent finance experience with over 5 years experience.
• Experienced in financial consolidation and reporting within a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Familiar withfinancial consolidation software(OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik) – OneStream experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable indashboard reporting tools.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
