Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to).
• Perform and document variance analysis to support commentary on significant fluctuations in the EMEA balance sheet and income statement
• Ensures that P/L and balance sheet accounts are recorded in accordance with Genesys policies and accounting guidelines
• Perform various close related tasks to support the financial statement reporting process
• Preparation and submission of statistical reporting for EMEA countries
• Attention to details
Minimum Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep understanding of accounting concepts related to P&L and balance sheet
• Highly organized., with great attention to detail
• Experience in conducting and coordinating financial and legal due diligence
• Advanced user of Excel
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple concurrent and diversified tasks, while working with deadlines
• Work closely with Accounting, Tax and other business partners
• Experience using Workday , Blackline and SharePoint
