Finance Analyst - 3 Month FTC / Contract

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Southampton)

Salary: £45,000 p.a. equivalent (FTC)

Contract Type: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract or Day Rate Contract

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Finance Analyst for an initial 3-month assignment. This role will play a key part in the redesign and enhancement of financial reporting processes, with a strong focus on Power BI and advanced Excel capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign existing finance reports in Power BI to align with new data sources and structures
• Enhance and optimise current analytical reporting, driving actionable insights for key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple systems and improve reporting accuracy
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with financial systems including SAP, Salesforce, and various in-house operational tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data integrity and process improvement
  
  

Contract Details

• Hybrid working model: 2 days on-site in Southampton
• Contract duration: 3 months
• Options for engagement:
• Fixed-Term Contract: £45,000 per annum equivalent
