The Norton Knatchbull School is seeking a part-time Financial Analyst to support and enhance the finance function. You will be a key member of the finance team, providing financial support to teaching and support staff, ensuring financial sustainability and success for the school.

The role offers CPD, career progression and a typical 8am-4pm schedule with potential flexibility. Salary is Kent Scale G, pro-rata for 0.6 FTE (£21,758.40 per annum).

Job description

The Norton Knatchbull School is looking for a part time (min 0.6 FTE) Financial Analyst to support and enhance the finance function of the School. As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team providing financial support to other members of the school teaching and support staff. The successful applicant will play a key part in ensuring the financial sustainability and success of the school. • As a Financial Analyst you will be a key member of the finance team working together with the CFO implementing value adding analysis and reports to support the effective and efficient financial management of the school
• You will be expected to have a proactive and strategic view of the finance function and able to work with a hands-on approach to provide relevant information for effective decision making and continuous improvements
• Manage and coordinate the School's financial systems, processes and projects.
