Morgan McKinley are proud to be working with a renowned business based in Northampton looking for an Financial Analyst to join their growing team.

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 with a 10% bonus
Location: Northampton (Hybrid working available)
Contract type: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a part or fully qualified accountant who thrives on delivering insight and driving business performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders and you'll play a key role in enhancing reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to provide forward-looking financial insight and influence strategy

  • Lead on budgeting and forecasting, including ownership of financial outputs and performance metrics

  • Deliver commercial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making

  • Present financial findings to senior leadership, investors, and board members

  • Provide deep-dive and ad hoc analysis to highlight key trends and opportunities

About you:

  • Experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis

  • Progressing towards or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred)

  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and communication skills
