Financial Analyst – Telco

Location: Newbury (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 3 months (Highly likely to extend)

Rate: £350 per day (Outside IR35)

Role purpose

Support cost transformation through data-driven insights, smart analysis, stakeholder alignment, and continuous financial improvement.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and scenario planning
• Skilled in building dashboards and visual reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change
• Experience in cost optimisation and performance improvement initiatives

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• CIMA/ACCA or equivalent financial qualification (part or fully qualified)
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus
