Financial Analyst – Gaming and gambling | London (Hybrid)

Location: Camden (4 days in-office, Fridays from home)

We’re working with a globally recognised, NYSE-listed digital gaming & casino brand at the forefront of online gaming, sports betting, and technology innovation. As part of their high-performing UK finance team, they’re now hiring a commercially minded Finance Analyst to help drive key strategic decisions across multiple international markets.

The role

This is a broad and influential role supporting the senior finance team and Heads of Country. You’ll be diving into monthly performance data, building financial models, forecasting, and helping inform critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify growth and cost-saving opportunities
• Producing reports, dashboards, and insights for strategic planning
• Evaluating commercial initiatives and advising on risks and ROI
• Supporting audits and compliance with financial regulations
• Liaising with global finance and treasury teams to optimise cash flow and currency exposure

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to present complex data clearly
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience
• Proactive communication style and stakeholder confidence — you’ll be a key voice in the room
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. Cognos/TM1) is a bonus
• Experience in a regulated or digital environment is a plus
