Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post consolidated recharges based on supporting data.
  • Support and drive query resolution for arising issues.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in developing financial controls and processes.
  • Support analysis of key performance trends for improvement.
  • Assist with budget and forecast preparation.

Job description

A quick look at the role.

The Financial Analyst is an entry level role into the Divisional Accounting team largely being responsible for the consolidated invoicing recharging process. This role will be integral to the success of the Divisional Accounting team helping to drive the TOM strategy, ensuring that robust financial controls are in place and adhered to whilst also exploring and implementing process improvements. This is an evolving role with scope to take on additional tasks and responsibilities.

Your core responsibilities

  • Prepare and post consolidated recharges based on the supporting data received.
  • Support and drive query resolution for any issues that arise.
  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in the development of financial controls, processes and disciplines. Support the Head of Divisional Accounting in ongoing monitoring and improvements to the control environment.
  • Provide support in analysing current and past trends in key performance areas with a view to monitoring performance, highlighting trends and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts.
