Your responsibilities will broaden quickly as you take ownership of projects, collaborating with the finance team and the wider business to improve efficiency, revenue, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years work experience in Accounting, Audit, or other Finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with data-driven problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review the work of our outsourced accounting team on general accounting entries and core processes.
• Ensure the accuracy of technical accounting entries, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Prepare financial reporting and financial analyses.
• Support the financial close, audit, and preparation of the financial statements.
• Support the management team on analyses and projects that improve efficiency, revenue, and profitability.
