Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst

Robert Half is pleased to partner with a rapidly growing organization based in Didcot (Milton Park) to recruit a Financial Analyst, which could also be considered a Management Accountant. The role offers a salary of up to £45,000 along with attractive benefits, including hybrid remote working (2 days a week in the office). This position is ideal for a progressive individual who is part or fully qualified.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Completing month-end and quarter-end close processes, analyzing results, preparing journal entries, detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and various reporting deliverables for senior leadership.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships, providing excellent customer service to business units.
  3. Preparing audit requests and responding to queries during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
  4. Assisting business units with maintaining accurate forecasts.
  5. Conducting technical accounting analysis under IFRS standards.
  6. Supporting senior leadership with monthly forecasting activities.
  7. Participating in ad hoc projects impacting various stakeholders within the organization.
