Job Title: Financial Analyst (Hybrid) - Temporary until April 2027

Location: Daventry (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)

Overview

We're currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a reputable organisation in the manufacturing sector, with the role expected to run until April 2027.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week working onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare complex financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
  • Assist with monthly book closing activities
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and staffing/expense forecasts
  • Provide detailed variance analysis, cost breakdowns, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst role within a production or manufacturing environment

Strong Excel skills - including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised and methodical approach with attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Progress towards CPA, CMA, CA, or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)

Intermediate level of professional experience in financial analysis is required

You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with a November start.
