We're Hiring: Finance Data Analyst (Power BI & DAX | SaaS KPIs)

Location: Hybrid – Basingstoke (2 days/week)

Salary: £55,000-£65,000

About the Role:

As a Finance Data Analyst, you will:

• Design and develop insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to track SaaS KPIs like ARR, Churn, and Upsell
• Integrate data from multiple systems to enable comprehensive financial analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
• Automate and enhance financial reporting processes
• Support business growth with scalable KPI tracking and cohort analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX), SQL, Fabric
• Experience with Azure cloud environments
• Strong communication skills – comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
• Self-starter with a commercial mindset and problem-solving approach
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS or Private Equity-backed environments, NetSuite, or fluency in French/Spanish
