Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and building a small team of financial advisors.
• At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Financial Adviser or relevant offshore experience.
• Proven track record of successful financial guidance.
• Proven sales record and client base development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
• Excellent PC skills and ability to operate database systems.
• Professional appearance.
