Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an Experienced Financial Planner to take over an established client portfolio as part of a structured succession. You will work closely with the current principal to ensure a smooth handover and long-term continuity.

The role offers hybrid working, progression within a growing national firm, and a reward package including a 35% bonus on new business in Year 1, plus performance bonuses, a £4,200 car allowance and a 5% flexible benefits pot.

The Opportunity

Following a recent acquisition, the current business owner is planning to retire within the next 12 months, creating a clear pathway for an incoming Advisor to take over an established portfolio. You will work closely with the existing principal during the transition, ensuring a smooth handover of client relationships and long-term continuity.

The firm continues to grow through both acquisitions and organic expansion, offering strong long-term career stability and progression.

The Role

• Manage and transition an existing client portfolio

• Year 1: no validation target, with 35% bonus on new business
